General Terms and Conditions

Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual framework for services provided by xyo.

Services

xyo offers free plugins for WordPress. Custom services (technical consulting, development, fractional CTO) are delivered under the Maystrio name and are each covered by a specific quote or contract.

Pricing

Prices are in euros. As a micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).

Liability

xyo is committed to providing its services with diligence. However, xyo cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the delivered products.
